Gamification.sg is founded and led by Andy Pan and Shan K, Directors at Right Impact Pte Ltd – a multi-award-winning corporate training consultancy.

Having spent more than a decade revolutionising the Learning & Development (L&D) landscape with super engaging training games, both of them decided to expand their experience in gamification out of training workshops and into a broader domain.

Now double-hatting as leaders in two businesses, Andy and Shan leverage on amulti-talented local-regional development and delivery team to meet client needs.
